Before transitioning into real estate, Allison spent more than 18 years in the hospitality industry, working in both restaurants and a small boutique bed and breakfast. Those years shaped her service-first approach and taught her the importance of anticipating needs, paying attention to the details, and creating an experience that feels both personal and effortless.  

Allison’s connection to real estate began long before becoming a realtor. Together with her husband, she owns investment properties that she personally manages, giving her firsthand experience with property ownership, rentals, maintenance, guest relations and the care that goes into protecting and enhancing a real estate investment.

Originally from the Boston area, Allison and her family recently relocated to Ponte Vedra, drawn to Northeast Florida’s coastal lifestyle, welcoming communities, and exceptional quality of life. Having recently navigated an interstate move herself, Allison understands that relocating is about far more than finding the right house, it’s about finding the community and lifestyle that truly feel like home. That personal experience gives her a unique perspective when helping clients discover Ponte Vedra and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities.

Joining the Bright Bishop Group was a natural next chapter for Allison, offering the opportunity to work alongside her sister-in-law, Laura Bishop, while bringing her own background in hospitality, property management, and relocation to the team. Their shared commitment to highly personalized service and meaningful client relationships makes the partnership especially rewarding.

Today, Allison brings those experiences together to provide a thoughtful, highly attentive approach to real estate.
