We just closed on our beach house in Jax Beach with the help of the Bright Bishop group. Laura and Kim are amazing. For a couple who regularly relocates for work, it is imperative that we work with a realtor that knows the market well, and has an eye for good investments. That is what we found in Laura and Kim. This is the A++ Team by far. We sold and bought with Laura and Kim. Always a stressful time but they made us calm with the process from staging, preparing the house and listing. The pictures of our house and drone shots were amazing. Our house sold even before hitting the market. Then we hit panic mode to find a home. We saw many homes and they kept us focused and positive. Laura only focused on the areas we wanted but was not afraid to push us outside of our comfort zone a bit. Through connections they found our dream home and jumped on an offer before it was listed. The perfect storm. Laura was all over it from beginning all the way up to the last seconds at closing and beyond. Kim was available to meet with us at potential houses to help us visualize the house after renovations. Laura patiently showed us houses during a very unique time. She coordinated all the moving parts of the home purchase, recommended a lender, insurance agent, and provided all the information we needed for service providers. After the closing, they continued to assist with designing the updates, providing the names of and managing the contractors. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without them. I have bought and sold over 15 homes, and the Bright Bishop Group were the best. They were very focused and determined in getting everything tied down that made a sometimes frustrating transaction, very smooth. While Laura handled the transactional piece, Kim (also a designer) was already working on the upgrades I wanted in the home. Laura again, took charge of the closing and inspection process in a very effective and timely manner. I met with Kim before closing and we came up with a detailed plan that fit my needs and the budget. By having a local design studio, and a team of sub-contractors, she was ready to go as soon as we closed, and it made that process very time efficient and easy. Laura was an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I moved to Jacksonville from Sarasota with absolutely no knowledge of the area. Laura was able to pick homes that suited our needs, in areas we did not know we wanted to be in. We settled in the home she had initially picked for us and it took nearly 25 others to convince us that she was right. We have no regrets on where we live and are so happy to be here.
